Log In mekdi88 – Account Access for Malaysia's Online Casino

Q: Can I log in using my email address instead of my phone number?

Currently, the mekdi88 login system uses a Malaysian phone number (+60) as the primary account identifier – not an email address. This is because Malaysian phone numbers are used for OTP verification, which is a core part of our platform's security. That said, you are still required to register a valid email address when opening an account, as email is used for important communications such as security alerts, account updates, and financial statements. If you've forgotten the phone number used during registration, contact mekdi88 Customer Support via 24/7 live chat with your identification details and we'll help you regain access to your account.

Q: Why do I need to enter an OTP every time I log in?

OTP is not required for every mekdi88 login – it's only triggered when the system detects certain risk factors, such as logging in from a device you've never used before, logging in from an IP location significantly different from your usual one, or when you've fully enabled 2FA in your account security settings. If you're being prompted for OTP frequently even from the same device, it may be because your security settings are at the highest level, or because your IP address changes often (common if you use a VPN or mobile data that automatically rotates IPs). You can manage your 2FA settings under the Security section of your mekdi88 account to adjust how often OTP verification is required.

Q: What should I do if my account is locked after failed login attempts?

Your mekdi88 account is automatically locked for 30 minutes after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. This is a security feature designed to protect your account from brute-force attacks. After 30 minutes, you may try logging in again. If you believe your password is correct but still can't log in, use the "Forgot password?" feature to reset it via OTP. If you need immediate access — for example, to place a Sports Betting wager before a match kicks off — contact mekdi88 Customer Support via live chat and our team can process a manual unlock once your identity has been verified.

Q: Can I log in to my mekdi88 account from outside Malaysia?

Yes, you can log in to your mekdi88 account from outside Malaysia as long as you use your registered Malaysian phone number and the correct password. However, logging in from abroad will almost certainly trigger an additional OTP verification, as our security system detects significant changes in location. Make sure your Malaysian phone number is active and able to receive SMS while overseas. Please note that some countries have restrictions on online gambling websites – mekdi88 is not responsible for any access issues arising from laws or restrictions in other countries.

Q: How do I change the phone number linked to my mekdi88 account?

Changing the phone number linked to your mekdi88 account requires strict identity verification, as your phone number is the primary security identifier for your account. To change your phone number, log in using your old number, go to Account Settings, and select "Change Phone Number". You'll need to verify your identity via OTP to your old number, then confirm the new number via OTP to the new one. If you no longer have access to your old phone number, contact mekdi88 Customer Support with your old number, new number, and identity verification details. This process may take 1 to 3 business days to complete in order to ensure your account's security.

Q: What should I do if I suspect my mekdi88 account has been accessed without authorization?

If you suspect your mekdi88 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, act immediately: First, change your password right away using the "Forgot password?" feature or through your account settings. Second, review your login history and transaction history to identify any suspicious activity. Third, contact mekdi88 Customer Support via live chat and describe the situation — our team can temporarily freeze your account, review access logs, and help recover any losses resulting from the unauthorised access. All unauthorised access cases are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly, and we will work with you fully to protect your interests.
